MATCO Development sought an identity that captured the site’s industrial heritage while projecting a contemporary vision for its future—resulting in a distinctive and memorable brand mark for a project of this scale.
The Solution
We developed a monogram of the letters BRL (Brewery Rail Lands) to establish a distinct and easily recognizable identity. The versatile design integrates core project themes—including Transformation, Connection, and Reinvention—ensuring it remains adaptable across applications and aligned with the project’s vision.
